Refund Policy

Should you notice a shipping error, damage or defect in your order, kindly notify customer service within 24 hours of shipment delivery. We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you indicate a return request. Return Charges for these errors, damage or defects are on our tab.

If you want to return an order for other reasons, contact us with 24 hours of shipment delivery. Shipping charges will be incurred for returns for other reasons and are same as delivery charges (₦1,000, ₦1,200, ₦1,500, ₦2000, ₦2500 for Lagos, Lagos Outskirts, Southwest states, Abuja/Portharcourt and Other States respectively).

Kindly check product description to enable you purchase the right product as we may not accept return for these reasons.

Cash refunds will only be granted if an item is not delivered at a stipulated delivery time or as a result of any fault of ours. For other reasons, the value of the return items will be kept as store credits and can be used by the customer at anytime.

Returns must be in Unused condition accompanied with all original packaging, accessories, free gifts and invoice where applicable. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. Olaidebabystores will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.

We do not accept returns on gift cards, white colored products, jewelry, beauty and cosmetic products, sunglasses/glasses, underwear and sale/marked down products. Only wrongly delivered or defected items that fit into these categories will be considered for return and they must be in the Unused Condition.

Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts within 48 hours. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.

A notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival.

Please note, OLAIDEBABYSTORES does not refund shipping costs.

Pack your return merchandise with care as OLAIDEBABYSTORES cannot take responsibility for items damaged due to improper packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned back to the customer.
